This is our OG hat and I'm super excited about it. It's clean and it's pure. The hat is lightweight for comfort and breathability, the underbill is a pure suede material for a softness that you don't find elsewhere.
HEAD SIZE...if you're a special breed with a head size LARGER THAN 23.5 inches circumference, or a hat size of 7 1/2, this won't fit you. Don't worry, we are working with the factory right now to get you a bigger size made.

I first saw this hat on the Burlacher himself in the tan/black color way. I had been on a hat journey, trying to avoid spending Melin money without getting Temu quality.
He noticed my admiration and I came home to my first Burlacher’s. A very generous move.
Here’s the thoughts after giving them a go for 2 months:
Materials - I love the snap back with vertical tabs in the back is a nice touch, also extremely functional. The soft material on the side panels is strong but breathable, nice quality fabric.
Feel- like a well balanced sword 🗡️ the gravity with this hat is balanced throughout the head so you forget you are wearing it
Crown - Strong mid to high tent gives nice structure and balances out the weight of the hat. This is a preference area where I usually go lower but I’m 80 years old at heart. If you’re on this website, I guarantee this style will fit you.
Bill- Goldilocks! Just the right length. A sweet spot between the Sandlot Small’s L7 Weenie hat and a Stetson fedora
